The owner started construction in 1997 and became a Red Seal Carpenter in 2002. He has extensive knowledge in every aspect of construction from large scale oilfield projects, tenant improvements, down to building decks & fences. Coastwood Construction was incorporated in 2016.

We work with all different kinds of sub-contractors depending on what type of project the client needs. We work with electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, steal stud and drywall contractors to name a few. Coastwood takes on all carpentry scopes of work.

Yes, we can accommodate after hours depending on the project and duration.

We use a specialize contractor to complete that scope of work.

We complete all garbage and recycling removal for each project that would show on your estimate. We properly dispose of all waste to local landfills and recycling locations

Every project comes with different types of warranties. This would be discussed and agreed upon when hiring Coastwood.

Yes, we work with engineers and architects. If needed, we can refer companies we have worked with in the past.

No, we do not, that would come from the engineers and architects.

We follow all Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.

Not to date! However, all deadlines can vary depending on how the project progresses and changes come about. If the client wants to make a change, we will provide a cost and timeline update.
